Google Video is a great source of free documentaries and they are so popular they dominate the top 10 most viewed videos on the site in Japan. The list might surprise you as every video is a conspiracy video of some sort.

I stumbled upon this site the other day. I don't know much about Japanese Pop music so it was interesting to see some videos and read some reviews in English. Also I found it shocking that most CDs are 2500-3000 Yen compared to the U.S. price of $10-15 USD. But now I know why you can rent music CD

And with little to no makeup, as well, IMO....If I were you, I'd wear a face mask on the trains just like everybody else does. As...Good point. I used to love living on Yen and watching the dollar drop in value....So, um, how does one find his/her rooms.
And do they come gaijin-size?...That's not very surprising to me. Almost comparable with American society.
