Okay, to me it shouldn't be possible to make regulations "Stricter" because there should be nowhere to go from 0 - seriously 0.1 is permitted? That's just INSANE. I had no idea the permitted driving level was .15 either that's a LOT of alcohol in a system in charge of a dangerous weapon!

Well not so dirty, actually not dirty at all unfortunately, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable weekend away from Tokyo. Kamogawa was the location we were headed for, a city in Chiba, Japan. All up, 10 of us headed up to a friends house to celebrate their recent wedding and celebrate we did. read more »
