A new plan is in the works in the Japanese government. The plan suggests to add a 100 yen (95 cents) tax to digital devices such as MP3 players, DVR's and such. The revenues from the tax will be passed on to artists.

And with little to no makeup, as well, IMO....If I were you, I'd wear a face mask on the trains just like everybody else does. As...Good point. I used to love living on Yen and watching the dollar drop in value....So, um, how does one find his/her rooms.
And do they come gaijin-size?...That's not very surprising to me. Almost comparable with American society.
