According to some recent internet surveys, only about 30% of internet users have English as a first language, and an astounding 800,000,000 speak another language full time. Considering how many sites are trying to make a dollar online or draw in a huge readership, shouldn't we be making more of an effort to encourage non-native English speakers to leave comments or otherwise try and participate on our sites?
