This a very generous offer by Nick and another great way to spread the word about this community.

Thanks Shane. I'm getting some really good feedback and have made a couple of quick changes already. I'm leaving the bigger stuff for the weekend. Here's what I've implemented so far from the suggestions given:
1) Hard linking. Now links point directly to their source instead of being redirected, i.e. you can get backlinks now.
2) I've moved Latest Comments above Categories in the sidebar.
3) I've written about the "Bury" link in the FAQ.

The latest changes from round one of user feedback are:
4) Changed "Published Stories" to "Top Stories".
5) Changed "Vote", "Voted" and "Votes" to "Soc it!", "Soc'd" and "Socs".
6) When you're logged in, "profile" and "logout" links now also appear in the "Explore" box in the right-hand sidebar.
7) I've set up a "Welcome" email which is sent out after user registration. It includes a username reminder but no password.
I've set up a contact form on JapanSoc. You can access it via the FAQ (in the hope that people will read the FAQ before contacting me with questions).
