After Tokyo was ranked the fourth most important city in the world behind London, New York and Paris, Mike gave his opinions on what Tokyo needs to do to pip London for the number one spot. While politicians will no doubt laugh off his out-of-the-box ideas, I will lend him my full support. I mean, it's not rocket science. Anyone can see how effective these three steps would be. I vote we implement them at once!
