Japan blogger "Contamination" writes about how the art of the Geisha is dying and good riddance! He argues that businessmen would be better off at home with their families than spending their money getting drunk in the company of a witty, money-draining, conversationalist. Apparently the Geisha business is now targeting tourists, particularly western businessmen with money to keep this traditional Japanese custom alive.
