It's about time, already. Former President of NOVA, Mr. Nozomu Sahashi was taken in for "voluntary questioning" and then arrested. He and Toshihiko Tamura, of NOVA Kikaku, were charged with embezzlement.

It's about time. It was so obvious that he didn't have anyone's but his own interests in mind when he drove that ship down.
So true. I still remember the TV broadcasts of people walking through and discovering his absolutely insane palatial offices. Ha ha.
That lying bastard! NOVA is a good company with many good people involved. He stole from the company and damn near ruined one the best English schools in the history of Japan. With hope NOVA will be able to get back in shape in a few years. G-Com now owns NOVA and they are doing a great job getting NOVA back to the status is once held.
I dunno, I'd say that he did a pretty good job of ruining the company. And there are some infrastructure issues that have outraged my friends who work(ed) for NOVA. I personally haven't, so I am not really in the loop on that. But here's hoping for a good ending.
