The Tokyo government have started a new campaign aimed at reducing the number of old people driving cars. Local businesses will provide discounts to elderly people who have turned in their driver’s licenses.

Well, that is not cool. If they can still drive in a safe manner then why discourage them from driving themselves?
I totally agree!! While the elderly can at times procrastinate in making decisions, at least they drive slow enough that if there were an accident, it would usually be only a slight fender-bender.
Unlike the the young cool dudes who need to race to every light, you really need to get out of their way!!
