I normally wouldn't post about ramen, but this stuff was seriously the best stuff I've ever had. Read this post at my cheezy new site, and if you live in Tokyo, check the place out and let me know what you think.

What prompted a new site Billy? I thought your plate was full with seven 10 that's why you shelved the barbarian at the gate?

The new site is just a side project; I wanted to have my own Japan site where I could blog any and all Japan-related stuff without thinking too much about it. I got rid of barbarian at the gate because it was a WP.com site; not much freedom to change the layout and stuff. I'm not that busy with 7:10 because I don't want to be the overwhelming contributor. I'd actually just like to start taking random submissions for 7:10 from people who would like to post once in a while, but are not wanting to commit to being contributors. That would give it a better balance. Of course, Shane has contributed a bit and really helped out, but getting a few random submissions per week would really be nice to open it up even more.
