I live by a few simple mantra`s and one of those is `Cold Day Hot Food` and today was no exception. As we come to the end of Autumn in Japan were lucky to get days much over 15 degrees, the nights are getting pretty cold, winter is just around the corner.

-Blue Oyster Cult...I thought I read something about soy products being good for Alzheimer's...Wow! The longest average lifespan coupled with an inability to remember half of it....There definitely are some strange buildings in this country....Eh, it's worth it.
