Normally I would argue that more web browsers means more work for webmasters, but I don't suppose it will make much difference if they all follow the W3C web standards. Even Microsoft is following the W3C rules in IE8.
I might actually give Sleipnir a try, and if anyone else is interested, you can download it from here: http://www.fenrir-inc.com/. By "Select your location", I think they really mean "Select the location of your preferred language".

Hmm ... it's a shame they don't have it available for mobile internet users. You'd think a Japanese browser development company would target this audience first....
That said, I was reminded of WinAmp while browsing the skins selection. Depending on how well Sleipnir is picked up by the net community, it could become the next big skinning project for people.
