If you live in Japan and want to buy a computer, you might decide to get Windows Vista so you can use it in English. BUT! Be careful, you'll need to get Windows "Ultimate", and even with that, there is still no English language pack available to change Office 2007 into English... unless you live on the sinking island of Kiribati, or Africa’s war-torn Burundi, or anywhere for that matter, as long as it's not Japan.
