If you do not have romaji labels, you might want to try this address. http://maps.google.co.jp/maps?hl=en
I tried a couple addresses, but did not work. However, search like, "tokyo, chiyoda" works and gives a list of locations listed on the map.
If you take it further and get directions to/from in English, you can. However, it's not completely in English and it's not accurate in a sense.
If you put correct start/end point on the Google Maps with correct information, you can get somewhat accurate directions, though.
For example, I put "Sake Plaza/Izakaya Tomoe" on my map, then got directions from "Shinagawa Station". It said to take Tokaido line from Shinagawa to Shinbashi, then Ginza line to Toranomon.
Anyway, Google will work things out eventually and this is a great big step forward!
