Here is what I have noticed from talking to a lot of Japanese people. They are starting to not trust the government anymore. Many Japanese are really sick of what is happening in Japan. Most of them hate the Taspo. The G8 makes them want to throw-up and they have their doubts about all the new `laws` proposed to so-called stop global warming.
Like America, Japan is also experiencing a cultural crisis. The Japanese are trying to figure out the new idea, in Japan at least, of living your life totally independent from the whole of the group. I have felt a stir in the air in Japan for a while now. The next ten years will be very interesting in Japan.

That's interesting - in America, the changes are aimed at making people fall in line with the accepted social good nowadays. Curious how the trends are reversed somewhat.
