There's a bit of a story behind this. I originally thought the standard rss feed that came from JapanBlogger was already dynamic and I did a bit of promotion, recommending people use it as a blogroll.
Soon after, Billy and I got in touch over Skype and he told me it wasn't a dynamic blogroll after all!
After a bit more discussion and figuring out what powered the voting mechanism on his site, I got hold of his files and started hacking one of the plugins so that not only would it show a list of highest rated sites in his sidebar, but it would also write that list to an xml file for other people to use.
Billy and I then spent the next two nights working together over Skype until 3am, fixing bugs and getting the feed working properly.
While it may look like an ordinary rss feed, to Billy and I, this "dynamic blogroll" is... frickin' awesome!
