The iPhone has taken the world by storm and the the next country to have a rumored release is Japan, and sources there say that Docomo will likely be the company to release the Gadget of the Year here in Japan.

I'm very curious to see the Japanese response to an iPhone launch here. It's not something I need or want, but how about the rest of Japan? Will it really offer so much more than current phones that people will be willing to change their phone provider? I think it will be a monumental flop, just like the X-box in Japan.
