They complain but I think those are the ones who are not good English teachers and are planning on making Japan their life long home. There is some good money to be made in the English teaching market, at least in Tokyo there is.
By the way I love that photo. I think that is every male Gaijin English teachers dream. if they want to admit it or not. LOL
