To get a working visa to teach English in Japan, you need a university degree. There are, however, some people who make or buy fake certificates to get a job in Japan. Here's what happened to someone who was found out.

Technically, you don't, but you need a degree for a working visa. It's all part of the government's attempts to attract "skilled" workers.

I person must be really desperate to have to lie on their CV. I am glad I took the time to get myself educated.
