Yep, you read it right...a 26 year old man from Osaka was arrested for failing to pay his parking fines. On average he got more than 1 ticket a day for the last 10 months!

But it baffles me how you could get more than one ticket a day without your vehicle getting towed??? Unless he moved it to a different illegal parking spot at night.
I guess Osaka doesn't use those wheel locking things that Tokyo does when you park illegally. I thought that if your car got locked up you needed to pay the fine before they unlocked it but I'm not sure.
