I would have puked if I had seen the towel when they pulled it out of him. Must have been real gross! I can only image the smell.
I bet the doctors were laughing around the operating table when they realized it wasn't a tumor, but a soggy old towel! Actually, I'm surprised they didn't keep the joke to themselves. I mean, why tell the guy? Did he ask to see what his tumor looked like?
I guess they wanted to be honest. In America they would have told him it was a tumor and charged him twice as much.
