In what were supposed to be try-outs for her brother, a young 16 year old steals the show and becomes the first female, as well as the youngest participant, to win her place in this all male sport in Japan. With a throw that carries speeds of 100kph and more, you certainly can't argue with decision!

A knuckle ball pitcher is always a plus on a baseball team.
Pro baseball league? More like semi-pro. The local media has been avoiding reporting about the league. I say the girl will be gone after the first season. The league will go bankrupt soon after.
