Ever wondered what happened to those old Route Master double-decker London buses? Well I've found a couple of them in Gifu prefecture, one retained as a sightseeing bus in Takayama, the other serving as a cafe in Gifu city. Have you spotted a London bus in Japan yet?

Do you know, about 4 years ago I was talking about setting up a fish and chip shop in a London bus to trundle its way round Tokyo... just didn't have the money to do it lol. Glad to see someone else brought them to Nippon : )
