Tokyo's streetcars are a thing of the past... almost. The Toden Arakawa Line still operates a few chin-chin densha, which you can ride for a measly 160 yen. There are plenty of sights to see along the 12 kilometer route including a 600 year old Ginko tree! Sound good for a date, and cheap, too!
