The link above gives a slightly better description of it. Apparently, it's a "green" shopping mall with a 30-story skyscraper next to it.
I've seen this elsewhere on the net, I didn't know it was in Japan though. Pretty cool.
I'm visiting Namba Parks in September. It looks great.
