Yeah, all the open air store fronts, etc. just blasting heat out into the open always pain me when I walk by them, even if the momentary blast of heat feels good.
Hell, they should just turn off the heat on all trains in Tokyo as most people never even loosen the collar of their jackets nor take off their scarves, yet the heat is at boiling levels on many trains. I immediately have to disrobe for even short rides, as I am in fact a mammal with a constant body temperature.
