I say it will not make it past the next general elections. If he does it will be a shocker.

I can see it in the weeklies: "Does the Pope control Japan?"
Personally, I feel he'll be like the majority of the other Prime Ministers: ineffective and temporary.
I thought the Black Pope still controlled Catholics here - as long as he's not Jesuit-trained we should be fine
