I spent two days the other weekend as cameraman and director of photography for a music video. Great fun. And I got to use all my Nikon stills lenses on a full HD cam. Nice!! :-) read more »

Missed the actual drop of the sun this evening as myself and the family were at a friend's house. But, got home to catch the last glow of the last sunset of this year and what a beauty it was. Even managed to get the moon in as well.

Myself and one of my friends/photography students met up at 5am in Shimbashi today and headed down to the Takeshiba Pier to photograph the first sunrise of 2009. There is actually a large country line dancing scene in Tokyo and all over Japan. Club Howdy held its largest dancing event of the year this past Sunday, the Club Howdy Christmas Party.
