I am in Adachi-ku and it really did not feel so much. Although in the northern part of the main land the quake did some really bad damage. I hope the death count stays low.
We're on the twelfth floor and that seems to intensify the movement quite a bit. Our pendant lamp in the dining room was swaying quite violently at one point.
I live in the second floor of a two story apartment and all I felt was a series of small shakes over the an hour.
