I live in a wooden house, so I'm often thinking about renovating it. I came across a list of the Top 20 "reforms" in Japan, and have listed them in reverse order. Find out what the most popular "reform" in Japan is!

I don't have a house in Japan. Heck I don't even live in Japan yet, but this would be my top 5.

5. Toilet - everyman has to have a good toilet
4. "Al Denkka"
3. Roof - roof leaks are a bear to deal with
2. Heating/Cooling - I sweat like a pig in the summer in Arizona. I could only imagine what it's going to be like in Japan
1. Earthquake Proof - this is one event that can leave your house (no matter how old) a pile of rubble in an instant.

If it were me, I'd put "All Denka" at #1, but only if it's the solar powered version. I can't believe people go fully electric without solar. All they're doing is moving their monthly gas bill onto their electric bill.

Thanks for posting my original message. I appreciate it. However, for the "All Denkka" I agreed with you that I would go solar otherwise there is no point. Thanks again.
