Well, why not? zappos.com is excellent. If the online shoe s tores don't ship to Japan, and you don't have anyone to receive the shoes and send them to you, get a private mailbox forwarding service, such as pakmail.com. You can find several discount shoe stores online, and lots of forwarding services targeted to expatriates.
