You can't expect the Prime Minister to never wear a tie can you? I would think that in some instances a tie is appropriate, even in the summer.

It's knot only the tie. It's the suit too. And the PM needs to switch to shortsleeve white businessman shirts. White socks would also reflect heat off his ankles. Right now, he's a fashion mess and should take my expert advice. Thank you.
