Another post in the Japan-related Web series. Today the subject is assisting other webmasters.
It can be something as simple as giving them a tip (as in feedback) about their site or encouraging them as they work towards some goal.
We have our own digg.com, maybe a 43things is in order (?)

Unfortunately, (as was pointed out in a post on your site) some people can't accept criticism. But something that was designed to do just that (feedback) might work since they would know what they were getting into.
