Can Baked Beans End Japan's Food Crisis?

I love baked beans. Not only are they super cheap, but they can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner in all kinds of creative dishes. With baked beans, Japan can overcome the current food crisis... but would the Japanese stoop so low as to eat British food?

Baked beans, in a country as densely populated as Japan? And in the midst of the current "suicide gas" frenzy? Good luck with that :o)
